Top list of 'drunkest cities' in the US

Magazine Men's Health has put up a list of the 100 'most drunkest cities' in the US. They drew this list upon such data as death rates from alcoholic liver disease, booze-fueled car crashes, frequency of binge-drinking in the past month, number of DUI arrests, and severity of DUI penalties.
